We are looking for a versatile and organized Accounting Technician to contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations.

Your role :
Reporting directly to the owner, you will play a central role in providing essential administrative support. Your missions will include:

Participation in the payroll process

Accounting data entry
-
Support for HR initiatives in a manufacturing environment

Support for various strategic administrative files
Main responsibilities:

Administrative support:
-
Management of emails, mail and physical and digital files.
-
Preparation and editing of documents, reports and presentations.
-
Coordination of meetings and management of agendas.
-
Management of insurance files – vehicles.
-
Additional administrative support as needed.
-

Pay:
-
Data entry in Sage 50 and Excel.
-
Participation in the payroll process.
-

Support RH :
-
Posting positions.
-
Management of insurance memberships for new employees.
-
Completing CNESST forms (accidents, incidents) and other health and safety tasks.

Other administrative tasks:
-
Participation in the organization of internal and external events.
-
Contribution to special projects and support to management and the team.

Profile sought:
-
Degree in administration, HR, payroll or related field.
-
Experience in a similar administrative role.
-
Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, especially Excel) and accounting software (Sage 50, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Rigor, reliability and respect for confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities

Supporting customers during their decision-making process for purchasing a kitchen or other custom cabinet project
-
Respect the client's budget, kwizine production standards and the planned space.

Advise and guide the customer on the trends and products of the day and the needs of this customer.

Develop plans in the 2020 Design software, while respecting the client's needs.

Place the order for countertops and accessories for the client relating to the kitchen or project.
Skills and Abilities

DEC in design or training deemed equivalent
-
Knowledge of 2020 Design software
-
Skills in Microsoft Office
-
Strong social skills, customer service; a strength
-
Good knowledge of the kitchen cabinet/and construction industry
-
Sales experience ideally, or highly motivated to sell.

Bilingualism an asset
Remote work possible depending on schedule
